- Starting is free and new visitors get free video matches. Longer video calls are paid by the minute with coins, and the price is shown on the match screen before anything is charged.
- Do I need an account?
- No. You can start as a guest. Signing in with Google or email keeps your matches, coins and messages across devices, and is required for purchases.
- How does matching work?
- Tap Start and MonkeyTV connects you with someone who is online at that moment. Each match shows a name, a country flag and a language. Stay, or tap Next to be matched again.
- Can I control my camera and microphone?
- Yes. Mute and camera switch are on the call screen, and you can end the chat at any moment with Stop. The camera is only used after you tap Start.
- What does the browser ask for?
- Camera and microphone permission, once, only after you tap Start. Nothing is installed and there is no app to download, on a phone or on a computer.
- Is the conversation private?
- Every match is a 1-on-1 chat: no public room and no audience. MonkeyTV does not record your camera feed. The Privacy Policy explains what is stored for your account.
- What if a conversation feels uncomfortable?
- Tap Next to move on, Stop to end it, or Report to send it to moderation. Blocking is one tap away on the profile and is permanent for your account.
